Cancellation Policy
I am a BIG believer in implementing policies in my business. Policies create structure, appropriate expectations, and mutual understanding. I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. As for any No-shows, failure to show up to the schedule service will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
